Disney World | Guerena Family

Anytime is a good time for new family pictures! Kids grow fast, and they don’t look the same as they did last year. Lilly came to Disney World with her parents to celebrate her big 13th birthday! How wonderful is that? What better time than a birthday family trip to take new photos!? And in their favorite place, Walt Disney World.

This is the Guerena Family!

The weekend Lilly’s family came to Disney World, there were chilly morning, but it warmed up each day by the afternoon! High 60s is perfect photo-taking weather… but let’s be honest, a cold or rainy day in Disney is better than a sunny day in Buffalo, NY - where I live! 😂 Any weather in Disney is good photo-taking weather, but I was excited to wander around the park in shorts and a t-shirt with the Guerena family.

I even have a special behind-the-scenes look from our session thanks to Ryan snapping a couple pictures! Thank you!! Take a look to see what it looked like for me and how the picture turned out. I always love seeing these from other photographers, so I hope you enjoy this as well. Yes, of course I'm wearing my rose gold minnie ears! I pretty much don't take them off when I'm in Disney... except to be polite to those behind me during shows, hint-hint people! 😉

We of course took pictures near the iconic Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom. This is my favorite area in the park for photos, so I can never skip it. Read more and see other photos taken around the castle in this blog post.

Between Ryan and Lilly, Frontierland is one of their favorite lands. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is Ryan’s favorite ride and Lilly loves Splash Mountain! Each of these are on my list as well, and I love the attention to detail and the scenic views in Frontierland.

I could spend all day in Frontierland! I was glad to take more pictures in Frontierland during this session, check it out.
