I am fortunate enough to have connected with Veronica a handful of years ago through photographing a different family. Veronica and Stephen came to me two winters ago for my mini sessions in the snow! Stephen and Veronica brought us homemade pizzelles to their winter mini session and I knew from that moment, that these were two of the kindest people ever. I was so grateful for that! (Shameless plug here for my THREE mini session weekends around Buffalo, NY including fall leaves, a christmas tree farm, and a snowy weekend!)

Flash forward almost two years later and Stephen and Veronica have a little someone extra with them! After years of waiting, they have been blessed with the adoption of this little girl! Seeing the two of them as parents, felt as natural as can be. They have been waiting so long to become parents, and they love this baby girl with all their heart. So many people have been praying alongside them for this child, so she is quite the answer to prayer. I spent just a short time with them for this session, but it felt like she’s been a part of their lives forever.

Veronica’s mom, Maria, came to visit and to celebrate her birthday! We snapped a few shots of Maria with the family. That’s one proud grandma!
