Disney World | Abbott Family

When Ashley connected with me online months ago, she was in the stages of just dreaming about her Walt Disney World honeymoon! It was quite a ways away, but she knew she wanted photos in Epcot and Magic Kingdom. This blog post is for their family session in Magic Kingdom. If you missed their Epcot honeymoon session, you’re gonna want to take a look at this blog post! It’s a good one!! 😍
This session was a dream come true. Photographing a couple I was already comfortable with from the day before (see their Epcot session here) and now they are adding in their adorable little girl in The Happiest Place On Earth!!? Yes please!!
I’m totally obsessed with this session and am so happy you are here to see the photos.
We spent a good amount of time hanging out on Main Street taking in the views of the castle! Castle photos are always some of my favorites, and I can never get enough!!
Main Street has so many hidden nooks that I love to explore!
We couldn’t resist having a little fun in the Main Street Confectionery! How cute are these!? Madi loved the cotton candy and waved hello out the window at the guests entering Magic Kingdom. So cute.
The Main Street train station has these gorgeous white steps that we just had to take some photos on!
Take a look at her reactions to the park open show! So cute and funny!
She was not a fan of the fireworks at the very end!
We hit up two of the most classic Disney World rides! And I had a BLAST taking photos on both of them. So. Much. Fun. First up, Dumbo!
Then, we rode the teacups!! Fun fact: this ride is actually called "Mad Tea Party" although I don't think I've EVER heard anyone call it that! Most rides are naturally shortened... for me, "Peter Pan's Flight" is just "Peter Pan," and "Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin" is just "Buzz," and "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" is just "Pooh Bear." "Mad Tea Party" is always just "the teacups!"
I look at these pictures of little Madi with her mommy and daddy, and it makes my heart happy. I know that she won't remember this trip but she'll have so many photos to see how much her parents love her, and how much fun she had this week. Just look at the joy in her face on the teacups! Pure innocence and joy. I love it. She'll be able to look back at these photos and feel the love between her parents and her just a few days after their wedding. So special.
Did you miss my first session with Taylor and Ashley? Make sure you take a look at their Epcot session!! It was so much fun!
